Regulation 54

All building plans submitted to the Corporation under regulation 53 must include the floor and roof plan, front, rear and side elevations of the building or marine facility showing the architectural style and design adopted and the details of(a)all external structures including external walls, external columns, parapet walls, doors, windows, canopies, balconies and the roof of the building, swimming pools, sundecks and playground equipment;
