Applications for permit issued under section 18B of Act
Subregulation 1
An application for a permit to be issued under section 18B of the Act shall be made on such form as may be issued by the Corporation together with building plans —
to be prepared and signed by the owner or a qualified person as defined under the Building Control Act (Cap. 29);
to be submitted in duplicate and of the size and in the form, specification and manner as that required for building works under the Planning Act 1998 (Act 3 of 1998), and the Building Control Act, and any Regulations made thereunder;
which bear a statement stating the number of storeys, the purposes for which the building works shown on the plans are to be carried out, the number of the lot, Mukim or Town Subdivision and the address (if applicable); and
to be submitted together with an artist’s impressions and perspective drawings to illustrate the proposed building works.
Subregulation 2
The Corporation may, where it considers it necessary, require additional sets of plans or enlarged details, specifications or other relevant information or documents to be submitted.
