Regulation 57

contravenes or fails to comply with regulation 6(1), (3) and (4), 7, 8(1), 9(1), 10(1), 12(2), 13(1), 14, 15, 16, 17, 18(3), 22, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29(2), 30, 32, 33, 34, 36 to 46, 48 to 51, 55 or 56;

fails to obey the direction or order of any police officer or any authorised person lawfully given under these Regulations; or

when required under these Regulations to furnish any information to the Corporation, a police officer or an authorised person, furnishes any false or misleading information,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
