Register and cause list
Subregulation 1
The registrar shall keep a register of all cases in which he receives notice of appeal under the Act and shall cause the register to be open for public inspection at such place and at such hours as he may, subject to the approval of the Court, decide.
Subregulation 2
The registrar shall also prepare a list of appeals and applications which the Court may consider on the days on which the Court, as constituted for the hearing and determination of appeals under the Act, is to sit, and shall cause such list to be published at such times, and exhibited at such places and in such a manner as he, subject to the approval of the Court, shall think convenient for giving due notice to the parties interested.
