Regulation 20
Subregulation 1
On the determination of any appeal to the Court or of any application relating thereto, the registrar shall, unless it appears to him unnecessary to do so, give written notice of the determination to the appellant and the respondent and, where the appellant is in custody, to the officer-in-charge of the place where he is detained.
Subregulation 2
The written notice to the respective parties concerned shall be in the appropriate Forms 10 to 15.
