Regulation 12
Presence of appellant at hearing of application
Subregulation 1
Where an appellant is in custody and has filed an application for an extension of time to lodge a notice of appeal or a petition of appeal or otherwise under these Regulations, he shall be allowed to be present at the hearing and determination of his application.
Subregulation 2
The registrar shall give notice of the probable date thereof to the appellant and the officer-in-charge of the detention or disciplinary barrack or prison where the appellant is in custody.
