Ancillary powers of Court
The Court shall exercise, for all purposes incidental to or arising from any application or appeal, all the powers which under the provisions of any written law in force are vested in a subordinate military court, whether before, during or after the trial, to the extent that such powers may be applicable to the circumstances of an application or appeal to the Court.
