Application of Criminal Procedure Code
Where the Court orders the accused to be kept in custody under section 146 of the Act, the provisions in Chapter XXXI of the Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68) shall apply, with the necessary modifications, in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act or these Regulations.
