Regulation 13
Copies of proceedings, etc.
Subregulation 1
At any time after the registrar has received a notice of appeal, the appellant or his counsel or defending officer may, subject to regulation 15, obtain from the registrar copies of any document in his possession for the purpose of the appeal.
Subregulation 2
Such copies shall be supplied by the registrar to the appellant on payment of such charges as the registrar may determine.
Subregulation 3
A copy of any document which is required for the use of the Court may be made by such person and in such manner as the registrar may direct.
