Applications to be by motion

Subregulation 1
All applications to the Court shall unless otherwise provided be made by way of motion and shall be heard in open court.
Subregulation 2
A notice of application shall be in Form 9.

A notice of application shall be served on the parties concerned not less than 10 clear days before the return day, unless the Court otherwise orders. An application for permission to give shorter notice may also be made by way of motion.
