Where the Court, in exercise of its powers under section 159 of the Act, makes an order as to the whole or any part of the costs of appeal, the scale of costs will be in accordance with Order 21 of the Rules of Court 2021 (G.N. No. S 914/2021).

The registrar shall have all the powers of the Registrar of the Supreme Court with respect to the assessment of costs.
