53. Wet and contaminated runway surfaces

When it is necessary for an aeroplane to take off from a contaminated or wet runway for a complex general aviation operation, the CGAC holder must take into account —

the runway overrun area;

the local wind conditions, including any element of tailwind or crosswind; and

the height of any snow banks adjacent to the runway.
