Regulation 52

Performance data

A CGAC holder must ensure that the performance data for every aircraft it operates for complex general aviation operations —

(a)

is contained in the aircraft’s flight manual or an equivalent document acceptable to the Director‑General of Civil Aviation; and

(b)

is available to every person who is a flight crew member, or who is responsible for flight planning or aircraft dispatch.
