Regulation 57

For every aeroplane with an MCTOM exceeding 5,700 kg that a CGAC holder operates for its complex general aviation operations, the CGAC holder must ensure that, in the event of the critical engine becoming inoperative at any point along the route or any planned diversion route, the aeroplane is able to continue the flight to an aerodrome at which the requirements of regulation 58 can be met, without flying below the minimum obstacle clearance altitude at any point.
