Aircraft and crew recency
Subregulation 1
A Singapore operator with a special operations approval to conduct a low visibility operation must not use an aircraft for a flight with a Category III approach and automatic landing unless a pilot has successfully completed at least one automatic landing with the aircraft in the 28 days immediately preceding the flight.
Subregulation 2
A Singapore operator with a special operations approval to conduct a low visibility operation must not assign a person to flight crew member duty as a pilot‑in‑command or co‑pilot for a flight with low visibility operations unless the person meets the recency requirements approved by the Director‑General of Civil Aviation.
