Regulation 31

Operations Manual

For the purposes of regulation 8(3)(a), a Singapore operator with a special operations approval to conduct a low visibility operation must specify in its Operations Manual —

(a)

the syllabus mentioned in regulation 21(e);

(b)

the operating procedures established in accordance with regulation 26(1), which include the duties of each flight crew member during taxiing, take‑off, approach, flare, landing, roll‑out and missed approach, as appropriate; and

(c)

the minimum equipment that has to be serviceable at the commencement of any low visibility operation.
