Refund of fees

Subregulation 1

Any fee paid to the Commissioner of Building Control under these Regulations is not refundable.

Subregulation 2

Despite paragraph (1), the Commissioner of Building Control may, in his or her discretion, refund in whole or in part, any fee paid under these Regulations.
