Regulation 203

Fruit brandy

Fruit brandy shall be the alcoholic distillate obtained by the distillation of —

(a)

fruit wine or a mixture of fruit wines;

(b)

a mixture of wine and fruit wine; or

(c)

a fermented mash of sound ripe fruit or mixture of fruits or a mixture of such distillates.
