Permission to file or serve further documents

Where any documents have been filed and served on any person under rule 17, 18, 19, 21 or 22, further documents may be filed or served under that rule in the same action only with the permission of a Protection from Harassment Court or the Registrar.
Subregulation 2

Subject to paragraph (1), no other documents may be filed or served at any stage of simplified proceedings except with the permission of a Protection from Harassment Court or the Registrar.
