Regulation 17
Claim
Subregulation 1
A claim is made by filing the appropriate Form through the electronic filing service.
Subregulation 2
At the time of filing a claim, the claimant must —
pay the applicable fee; and (b)file every document on which the claimant relies or will rely in the claim.
Subregulation 3
The claimant must serve a copy of the claim and every document mentioned in paragraph (2)(b) on —
each intended relevant party within 14 days after the date of filing the claim, unless the Protection from Harassment Court directs otherwise; and
any other person on whom the claim is directed to be served under rule 68(1) within the time required by rule 68(2).
Subregulation 4
The claimant must file a declaration of service in the appropriate Form within 8 days after the date of service in accordance with paragraph (3).
Subregulation 5
The Protection from Harassment Court may grant an expedited protection order, an interim stop publication (administrator) order, an interim stop publication order, an interim notification (administrator) order or an interim notification order despite the failure to serve the claim or any document in accordance with this rule.
