Regulation 31
Consent order
Subregulation 1
Where any parties to simplified proceedings have reached a settlement acceptable to those parties, they may notify the Registrar that they wish to record a consent order.
Subregulation 2
A Protection from Harassment Court may record the consent order without requiring the parties to appear before the Protection from Harassment Court.
Subregulation 3
Where the Protection from Harassment Court has recorded a consent order under paragraph (2), the Registrar must inform the parties of —
(a)
the recording of the consent order; and
(b)
the judge or Registrar who recorded the consent order.
