Regulation 44

When a notice of appeal has been filed, the Protection from Harassment Court which made the order must certify in writing the grounds of the order, but any delay or failure to so certify does not prevent the appellant from proceeding with the appeal.

As soon as possible after the notice of appeal has been filed, the Registrar must cause to be served on the appellant, at the appellant’s address for service specified in the notice of appeal, a notice that a copy of the record of proceedings is available.
