Notice of appeal to General Division of High Court
Subregulation 1
Where permission is given to appeal against an award or order of a Protection from Harassment Court, a notice of appeal may be filed in the General Division of the High Court either in respect of the whole, or in respect of any specified part, of the award or order.
Subregulation 2
Notice of appeal in the appropriate Form must be served on —
every other party in relation to the award or order appealed against, within 14 days after the date on which the permission to appeal is given; and
any other person on whom the notice of appeal is directed to be served under rule 68(1), within the time required by rule 68(2).
Subregulation 3
Every notice of appeal must state the award or order appealed against, contain an address for service, and be signed by the appellant or the appellant’s solicitor.
Subregulation 4
The Registrar must assign a number to the notice of appeal and enter the appeal on the list of appeals.
