Clause 9
In the FS Act, in section 21 —
(a)
in subsection (1)(c), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon;
(b)
in subsection (1), after paragraph (c), insert —“(d)to exercise a power or do anything authorised in section 86A(1), (2), (3), (4), (6) or (8);
(e)
to do anything authorised in section 86A(5) when exercising a power in section 86A(3)(a) or (4).”;
(c)
in subsection (3), after “28(1),”, insert “86A,”; and
(d)
in subsection (3)(b), after “section 28”, insert “, 86A”.
