Clause 18
In the FS Act, in section 77(1) —
(a)
before the definition of “dispensing”, insert —“ “applicable premises” means any premises used for the storage or keeping of any class of petroleum or any flammable material to which a class licence applies;“class licence” means a class licence determined under an order made under section 84A(1), and includes a class licence as from time to time varied under section 84B;“class licensee” means a person to whom a class licence applies;”; and
(b)
in the definition of “licensed premises”, replace “section 78” with “section 78(a)”.
