Revocation of appointment as NCDCC officer
The Council may recommend to the Minister that the appointment of an NCDCC officer be revoked on the ground of any ill health of the NCDCC officer or misconduct by the NCDCC officer or for any other reason which appears to the Council to warrant revocation of the appointment.
