Regulation 36

Medical examination

The Commandant of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps may require the following individuals to submit to a medical examination:

(a)

an individual who is enrolled as an NCDCC cadet under regulation 24;

(b)

an individual who is selected to attend an Officer Basic Course under regulation 34;

(c)

a member of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps who is selected for any scheme of training drawn up under regulation 35.
