Rank structure and badges of ranks
The Council must determine the rank structure of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps and the badges of rank to be worn by NCDCC officers and NCDCC cadets, that, insofar as is practicable, must resemble those of the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
