Training and administration
Subregulation 1
The Commandant of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps must be assisted in the training and administration of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps by such individuals appointed by the Commissioner of Civil Defence and the Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Education.
Subregulation 2
The Commandant of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps is responsible for drawing up schemes of training for the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps.
