Regulation 41

Where an NCDCC officer‑in‑charge has made a complaint against an NCDCC cadet in the unit or any disciplinary proceedings against the NCDCC cadet for any misconduct, act or omission, the NCDCC officer‑in‑charge, in cases not dealt with under section 11 of the Act, must not deal with the NCDCC cadet, but must report the NCDCC cadet to the Commandant of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps, who may deal with the NCDCC cadet in accordance with regulation 42.
