Regulation 43

Manner of investigation

An investigation under regulation 42(1) —

(a)

must be conducted in an informal manner in the presence of the NCDCC cadet whose misconduct, act or omission is investigated into; and

(b)

must give the NCDCC cadet an opportunity —

(i)

to answer all allegations made against him or her;

(ii)

to call persons who can give evidence in support of his or her answers; and

(iii)

to cross‑examine every witness and person making the allegations.
