Appointment of NCDCC officer‑in‑charge
Subregulation 1
The Commandant of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps must, acting upon the recommendation of the principal of the school in which a school unit is located or to which the unit is attached, appoint an NCDCC officer‑in‑charge of that unit.
Subregulation 2
The appointment of an NCDCC officer‑in‑charge of an open unit is made by the Commandant of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps.
