Regulation 31
Subregulation 1
An NCDCC officer may at any time resign from his or her appointment as an NCDCC officer on the ground of age or ill health or for any other reason by a written notice to the Minister.
Subregulation 2
A notice made under paragraph (1) must be forwarded through the Commandant of the National Civil Defence Cadet Corps to the Minister.
