Summary proceedings against NCDCC cadets
Where an NCDCC cadet in a unit is to be dealt with under section 11 of the Act for any misconduct, act or omission, a report in writing stating the particulars of the alleged misconduct, act or omission, and the witnesses to the alleged misconduct, act or omission must be made by the NCDCC officer in immediate command of the NCDCC cadet to the cadet’s NCDCC officer‑in‑charge.
