Subregulation 1
The Registrar may issue practice directions for the purposes of this Part.
Subregulation 2
Documents required to be filed for the purposes of this Part must comply with the requirements of, and contain the information and particulars of parties or other persons required by, every applicable practice direction issued by the Registrar.
