Regulation 48
Stay of enforcement pending appeal

Where a notice of appeal has been filed against an award or order of a Protection from Harassment Court, a Protection from Harassment Court or the General Division of the High Court may, on application filed by the appellant in the appropriate Form, order a stay of enforcement of the award or order on such terms as the Protection from Harassment Court or General Division of the High Court thinks just.
