Fees for simplified proceedings
Subregulation 1
Despite rule 61, the applicable fees specified in the First Schedule are payable for simplified proceedings.
Subregulation 2
An applicable fee must be paid to the Registry of the State Courts within the time and in the manner directed by the Registrar.
