Variation of location and form of martial art
Where an instructor desires to provide instruction —
(a)
in a form of martial art at a place other than that specified in his instructor’s certificate; or
(b)
in a form of martial art other than the form specified in his instructor’s certificate,the instructor shall apply to the Controller for a replacement instructor’s certificate which shall be issued to him on payment of a fee of $30.
