Replacement of certificate of registration that is lost, etc.
Subregulation 1
If a certificate of registration issued under regulation 2 is lost, destroyed or defaced, the martial art association to which the certificate was issued shall forthwith notify the Controller of the loss, destruction or defacement.
Subregulation 2
The Controller if satisfied —
that the certificate has been lost or destroyed shall, on payment of a fee of $30; or
that the certificate has been defaced shall, on payment of a fee of $30 and after surrender to him of the defaced certificate by the association,issue a copy certified under the hand and seal of the Controller.
Subregulation 3
If the certificate of registration which has been lost and replaced under paragraph (2) is recovered by the martial art association to which it was issued, the association shall forthwith return it to the Controller.
