Photographs
Subregulation 1
Every person who applies —
for registration as a trainee under these Regulations; or
for a certified copy of a certificate of such registration under regulation 7,shall furnish to the Controller 3 photographs of the size and form used for passports of himself.
Subregulation 2
The photograph of the trainee to whom a certificate of registration or a certified copy thereof is issued under regulation 5 or 7, respectively, shall be affixed to the certificate or certified copy, as the case may be.
Subregulation 3
The registration of a person as a trainee under these Regulations shall cease to be valid on the date of expiry of the certificate of registration issued to him under regulation 5, if such registration has not been previously revoked, cancelled or suspended.
