Annual returns
Subregulation 1
Every martial art association registered under these Regulations shall, on or before 31st March in each year, furnish to the Controller a return, in duplicate, in such form as the Controller may require.
Subregulation 2
The return referred to in paragraph (1) shall —
be signed by 3 officers of the association, or where the association has fewer than 3 officers, by every officer of the association; and
be accompanied by a copy of the accounts (income and expenditure and balance-sheet) of the association in respect of its last financial year, duly signed by the association’s auditor as found by him to be correct, duly vouched and in accordance with law, or which contains the auditor’s special report in what respects he finds it incorrect, unvouched or not in accordance with law.
