Fingerprints
Subregulation 1
The Controller may at any reasonable time require the taking and recording of fingerprints —
(a)
of any officer of a martial art association applying for registration;
(b)
of any person who wishes to be registered as a trainee; and
(c)
of any person applying for an instructor’s certificate,under these Regulations at such place and in such manner as the Controller thinks fit.
Subregulation 2
The Controller may require any officer of a martial art association applying for registration under these Regulations to furnish to the Controller 3 photographs of a size and form used for passports of himself.
