20. Certificates of exemption

The Controller shall issue a certificate of exemption to any martial art association, trainee or instructor who has been exempted from all or any of the provisions of the Act by the Minister.

A photograph of a size and form used for passports of the trainee or instructor to whom a certificate of exemption is issued under this regulation shall be affixed to the certificate.

Any exemption granted by the Minister may be issued subject to such conditions as the Minister sees fit to impose.

Any exemption granted by the Minister may be revoked at any time if the Minister is satisfied that the holder thereof has committed a breach of any of the conditions subject to which the exemption was granted.
