5. Registration as trainee
Feedback & supportAn application for the registration of a person as a trainee under these Regulations shall be made to the Controller in such form as the Controller may require.
Where a person who applies for registration as a trainee under these Regulations has not attained the age of 12 years, the application shall be made on his behalf by a parent or lawful guardian.
Upon registering a person as a trainee under these Regulations, the Controller shall issue to such person a certificate of registration in such form as the Controller thinks fit.
The registration of a person as a trainee under these Regulations is valid for 2 years and may be renewed for 2 years each time.
The fee payable for the initial registration of a trainee under these Regulations shall be $43 and for every renewal shall be $30.
Subregulation 1
