Regulation 16
Subregulation 1
An application by a martial art association registered under these Regulations for permission to change its name, or place of business, or any place of instruction provided by the association, under section 9(1) of the Act shall be —
(a)
made to the Controller; and
(b)
signed by 3 officers of the association, or where the association has fewer than 3 officers, by every officer of the association.
Subregulation 2
Where the Controller has granted permission to a martial art association to change its name or place of business or place of instruction, the Controller shall, on payment of a fee of $40, issue a new certificate of registration to the association.
