Return of certificate of registration
of Martial Arts Instruction Regulations

Regulation 4
Where —
(a)
a martial art association has ceased to exist under section 13 or 14 of the Act; or
(b)
the registration of a martial art association is cancelled under section 20 of the Act,the association shall forthwith return to the Controller the certificate of registration or the certified copy issued under regulation 2 or 3, respectively.
