Regulation 52
Subregulation 1
No registered nurse or enrolled nurse may practise nursing on his own account or in partnership with another except with the prior written consent of the Board.
Subregulation 2
No registered midwife may practise midwifery on his own account or in partnership with another except with the prior written consent of the Board.
Subregulation 3
Any person who contravenes this regulation shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
