Regulation 56

any pending application for admission to the Register or Roll made before 1st April 2012 under section 14 of the Act;

any pending application for the application for Certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse made before 1st April 2012 under section 32 of the Act;

any pending application for re-certification as an Advanced Practice Nurse made before 1st April 2012 under section 23 of the Act;

any pending application for the re-registration or re‑enrolment made before 1st April 2012 under section 23 of the Act;

any pending application for the renewal of a practising certificate for nurses and midwives made to the Board before 1st April 2012; and

any inquiry, investigation or proceedings of a disciplinary nature commenced before 1st April 2012 and pending.
