Regulation 54
Subregulation 1
The fees specified in the second column of the Second Schedule shall be payable to the Board (and non-refundable where specified) in respect of the matters set out in the first column thereof.
Subregulation 2
The Board may, subject to such conditions as it may determine, waive all or any of the fees payable under these Regulations in respect of any person or class of persons.
Subregulation 3
The Board may remit or refund, in whole or in part, any fee payable under these Regulations in any particular case or class of cases, other than a non-refundable fee specified in the Second Schedule.
