Prohibited activities on vessels

Subregulation 1

No person shall carry out any repair work to any vessel which will cause pollution within any reservoir or waterway.
Subregulation 2

No person shall —
(a)
throw, discharge or deposit; or
(b)
cause to be thrown, discharged or deposited,any rubbish, solid ballast, bilge water, sludge, sewage, grey water, oil, pollutant or any other matter or thing into any reservoir or waterway.
